The PlayHQ plugins by CV Media weren’t developed in isolation. They were created to solve a real-world challenge faced by community football clubs.
Development began ahead of the 2026 season for the Hampton Rovers Football Club, where the plugins were built to automate the club’s website while keeping fixtures, results and ladders seamlessly up to date.
Throughout the season, the plugins have been extensively tested, refined and enhanced in a live club environment, with new features and improvements added based on real-world use and feedback.
Following their success at Hampton Rovers, the Port Melbourne Football Club (VFL) has also adopted the technology, becoming the second club to implement the plugins on its website.
After a full season of development and testing, PlayHQ Sync and PlayHQ Display are now available as commercial products for Australian rules football clubs across Australia.

- Premium – Includes all Pro features plus advanced synchronisation options, additional configuration settings for clubs requiring greater flexibility and priority support (unlimited grades).
